The recruitment process
at Algomine is 100% remote.

Apply
It all starts when you send us your application

HR Call
An interview with our recruiter, during which you get to know our company and discuss your experience, motivations, and key issues important to you. The interview lasts up to 30 minutes

Technical meeting
Undoubtedly the most important and interesting stage of the recruitment process at Algomine. During this stage, you will meet with the technical leader responsible for a given area, who will ask about your experience and introduce you to the details of current projects at Algomine. This stage may also include a practical verification of your skills or a live coding exercise. The meeting usually lasts about 1 hour.

Meeting with the Client (optional)
Depending on the project you are applying for, the recruitment process may also include a meeting with the client. This stage may also have a technical focus and gives you the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the project, the team structure, and what the role looks like in practice. It is also a chance to get to know the people you may potentially work with. Such a meeting usually lasts between 45 and 60 minutes.

Feedback or offer
After the recruitment process, the final decision is usually made within two weeks. We also do our best to provide more detailed feedback, so you know which competencies may be worth strengthening in the future. At every stage of the process, the recruitment team is at your disposal.
